This is the breakout of mean, standard deviation for some common roto categories. The sample is the last ten years (2009-2018).
Also included is a regression of a YoY r-squared for the category. The regression is run for only players that had 300+ ABs in a year and considering how well the next year’s category was explained by the current year (regardless of that year’s ABs).
The regression is trying to say “how well does a catchers last year HR’s explain next years?” for example.
